Certified Professional Facilitator
Shortly after earning a Kinesiology degree from McMaster University, Nora Sheffe, worked in both provincial and national sport associations before accepting a 4-year position with Commonwealth Games Canada to manage a sport development program based in Zimbabwe. When she moved back to Canada, now a mom of 2 young children, she obtained a designation as a Certified Professional Facilitator, and opened her Ottawa-based consulting firm.
In her 20 years as a consultant, Nora has facilitated hundreds of meetings in organizations and communities across Canada and around the world. Her projects include business and strategic planning sessions, consultations, senior management retreats, conference facilitation and professional development workshops.

Outside of the sport world, Nora has enjoyed working on projects with the World Health Organization, Oxfam, McMaster University, and the Ottawa Police Service.
